Shawn is an Assistant Manager at Unyson who has worked on multiple operational accounts. Shawn started out as an intern in 2011 then was hired on full-time in 2014. His responsibilities include serving as the primary customer interface while supporting team members to achieve account goals and KPI’s. One of his unique experiences while he has worked at Unyson is being an on-site contact for two of Unyson’s top customers.
