Mike is the Team Lead for an operations team and has been with Unyson since July 2011. On a daily basis, Mike addresses customer escalation issues and selects carriers for better price and service. Additionally, he focuses on continuous improvement and team training. Mike has worked tirelessly to support the needs of his customers. They experienced rapid growth and Mike and his team immediately handled the new business.
